- A polymer based environmentally friendly method was developed for YBa2Cu3O7 thin film deposition;
- The as obtained HTS film (see below) had a thickness of about 20 nm and showed excellent morphological quality, suitable for HTS concentrator fabrication;
- The superconducting transition temperature, Tc, of the as obtained films, was 88 - 91 K, depending on the growth conditions.
